Pie Shell: Pastry flour (wheat), water, butter (cream [milk], salt). Egg Wash: Whole liquid eggs (whole liquid eggs, citric acid, xanthan gum, guar gum). CONTAINS: EGG, MILK, WHEAT. COOK TO 160° F.
