Frozen Options
Pike Place Fish Market’s own handmade crab cakes are made with lots of shredded crabmeat, a little bit of shrimp, herbs, spices, and Panko bread crumbs. Dinner in less than 15 minutes!
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Place frozen or thawed cakes directly in a well oiled, preheated pan. Cook over medium heat until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side, slightly more if frozen. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 for 3 minutes.

Instructions/Storage
When you receive your package open it up and take a look at the fish. Decide what you are going to eat in the next couple days and put it in the refrigerator. Certain items if properly stored can be placed in your freezer for at least a couple months.
Pike Place Fish Market’s most popular smoked fish and with good reason. Alderwood smoking lets the rich flavor of king salmon speak for itself! Good in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks and freezes well for a year. Wild King salmon can vary in color from red to white.
Each package is approximately ¾ lbs.
Pike Place Fish’s salmon burgers are made with good ’ol wild Pacific Salmon! Perfect for a backyard bbq or a quick weeknight meal. Grab some buns and sauce and your good to go. Throw these awesome burgers in a skillet with a little olive oil and brown each side.
About 3 minutes per side. Keep frozen until ready to cook - you can cook these from hard frozen or thawed.
